She is my inspiration. I remember reading a translated book about her when I was young. And she made me in wonder to even think of women like this exists. Because, at that age I have heard about saints perticulary men, but she just moved me, and funny yet desperate part is even I tried mimicking her🙂, (I still don't why I attempted that).

Rabia will always stay in my heart and her name is my favourite ❤️

Love for Rabia always/all ways. She is responsible for the Sufi concept that started me on my own journey many moons ago: hope are fear are empty. You need not love Allah due to a fear of hellfire…you also need not hope for heaven with Allah. Instead, love Allah without hope or fear purely for its own merit…then and only then will your love be true. I got that from Rabia. Peace and Grace.

Hi Gina, what a joy to discover your writings! I feel reflected in many of your explorations. I also have Rabia’s Doorkeeper to the heart in my bedside table. I enjoy so much the clarity I find in some of her teachings as much as the confusion on others. Such in the path of the seeker 🤗

Thank you, the first Sufi figure I encountered was Rabia and her words have never stopped amazing and remain a cornerstone in my faith. There is a rich culture of saintes and other notable women seekers in the path of Sufism…from past times to present! Just look and you will find….thank you for giving us the opportunity to remember the blessed and extraordinary Rabia today🌹May your faith and understanding be blessed.

Thanks for sharing. It is right time to share such content because in my opinion male leadership has failed miserably in last 5000 years they faught 3000 wars!

So just like in the past when male spiritual leadership was not able to fulfil needs of global peace, Rabia took the lead. Now many more females needed to take control of global power circle to bring peace in material world at global level.
